But here's the idea. When somebody comes into your office with a problem, I want you to start

picturing that they're coming into your office with a monkey in their hand. Right. And when they

start talking about the problem, the have the two of you, either they, or with your help,

come up with a solution, but then they then leave your office with that problem and now perhaps a

solution and they take care of it. They can't, what they can't do is bring their

monkey into your office, the problem. Leave them there and then leave because then you got these
