Matthew Arzzi here with Love Life. I am super excited about today's show because we have

a great topic to discuss. But first I have a question for you. If I told you there were

the episode. I came across somebody recently who told me that she was now married and

had two kids. But when I was talking to her about her love life, she had this one regret.

She said, I regret that I spent so long hung up on the wrong guys. I spent so long driving

myself crazy about guys that I thought were the one for me and not allowing myself

to move on an experience life. She said the problem was I got the worst of both worlds.

Not only did I not get the person that I was thinking about the whole time, I also

didn't go and find anyone else because I was in tunnel vision. And this saddened me

to hear this. Life is so short, especially when it comes to this stuff. You know, you

could throw away two years of your life on somebody. And by the way, not even be with them.

It's one thing to be resentful and throw your life away on someone that you're with,

but isn't giving you what you want. It's a whole other thing to not even be with the

person, to be broken up with the person, and then to still agonize and torture yourself

and think about how you should be with them, but you're not. Will they ever come back,

waiting and hoping is a horrible, horrible thing that happens to people all the time. And

they waste so much time in their life. In fact, many people waste their best years on those

people. I only to meet someone later in life and look back and say, I can't believe I wasted

so much time. So I've been thinking a lot about this issue. And there's been an area of my coaching
