Our scripture today is a simple verse of scripture, just one verse.

Proverbs chapter 16 and verse 9, sometimes it's not about how far you go.

You just drop your line and go deep.

And so here's the totality of it.

I pray that God will speak to people today and that he will confirm his word. I pray that

you'll hear an echoing of whatever God has been speaking in your own spirit, that you'll find the

directions of God and confirmations of the Lord speaking to you, that I pray that this message will be

both directional and conformational for you and that you'll not understand

and sense that God is doing something in this season to really help you become who you need

to be. In the contemporary English version of that same verse it says we make our own plans

but the Lord decides where we will go the Lord decides where we

will go I'm speaking today simply get to stepping get to stepping get to stepping get get to

stepping it is interesting to note that destiny is not determined by the shoes that you wear,

but by the steps that you take. If you're going to be going any place to destiny, it has little to do

with your shoes, any more than it does the kind of automobile in which you ride,

whether you go by plane, train, or bus. It's not the vehicle. It's not whether you go first class

or coach. You still arrive at the same destination. It's about the destination. Where is God leading us? Where is he

taking us? So while people consume themselves with the shoes they wear, you ought to more

concern yourself with the steps that you take. Instead of your being so consumed about what you drive, you ought to be more consumed

about what drives you.
