Get clear on your why, have an intention, forgive yourself, if you don't have those things,

every plan you make is not going to work. I think a lot of times women and people in general

carry a lot of shame and embarrassment about the mistakes that they have made in the past.

The past is the past, reflect on you and say, okay, this is what happens, this is why I wrap

up all the steps and then create your plan. Your goal is to get ahead of that interest by putting in

more stand than that shovel can dig out and that's making more additional payments whenever

you can in excess of your minimum payment. So start by forgiving yourself, start by creating your

plan and then be consistent with working your plan. Plan means nothing without action. So focus

on yourself, focus on what is truly going to make you happy, focus on what you want to accomplish

for yourself, don't let other people project their shame on you to keep you stuck. You've forgiven
