because i was waiting to record because i thought my voice was going to get better but i feel like

fun episode for you guys. I feel like I've talked about this before. I'm trying not to like

put myself in a box of being like, oh, I'm in a rut or oh, I'm driving. But I know that a lot of people during the

holiday season or when it gets colder outside, when the sun sets faster in the evening, we

sometimes fall into a feeling of being in a rut. And I really wanted to get this episode out because

I was going to wait to the beginning of the year because obviously everybody's a little bit more

motivated during January. And I'm not even like focusing on New Year's resolutions or anything

like that right now. But I will say that it's hard when you feel like mentally drained or you

feel like you're stuck in comparison, confused about what next year is going to be like, maybe fear of the new year and a lot of

anxiety comes from a lot of people of knowing that they're going to be setting these huge goals

for the year and that there's just a lot of expectation that comes with the new year.

So I'm going to help you guys get out of that feeling.

And I'm actually really proud of myself because usually when I feel that rut feeling,

I just spiral.

Like, I will talk myself into hating my life and thinking I'm the worst person,

the worst person in my career, unable to achieve my goals, like, just you know me.

So I've really helped myself get out of that
