BU Unapologetically Podcast. This podcast for me is the thing that created my life. I have been living

my life behind closed doors feeling like I had to show up for

everybody else. It wasn't until I decided to show up for me unapologetically that I started

living my life. I'm on a mission to help women find who they are and love themselves every

I am so excited to bring you guys this episode because it is something,

as always, that I am going through in real time. I was kind of thinking about my podcast here these last couple weeks of like, am i talking about the same thing over and over

am i not giving them enough content am i doing enough and it never fails when i bring in doubt

then in comes a sign for the universe the thing is maybe i am talking about the same thing over and over

but when's the last time you heard the

ABCs and you automatically finished the song without realizing it that's because you heard it

over and over and over until you had it ingrained in your mind that you already knew the end of the

song so what if the fact that I keep talking about you need to keep putting your

best self forward, you keep putting your foot forward, you keep making plans and taking action,

if I keep talking about it, what's the chances that you're actually going to show up and do it?

The fact is, I think it's pretty freaking high. So that brings me my next point. I want you to find one thing.

One thing that you want to accomplish this week, this month, or maybe even this next year.

The fact is we're in December of 2019. You were already thinking about what it's going to be like next year.

You're possibly thinking about your New Year's resolution.
