As humans we love progress. We love growth. I want you to set goals for your life. I don't want you to get to the end of your

T-B-D amount of days here and be like, I just made it to the end. I didn't do any of the things that I really

wanted to do. Like, if you're listening into the show, I know

know that you're ambitious and driven. That being said, I think sometimes like

when we get to like like tightly gripped on the path that we need to take in order to get to a goal.

We miss a lot of the opportunity to celebrate, like not just the milestones along the way,

but the growth that we're having as a human.

And I want to share with you a different perspective on goals in general today that I think you're really going to resonate with.
