| 1:04.0 | and allow your eyes to close. |

| 1:16.9 | Now, take a nice deep breath in. |
| 1:30.3 | And as you exhale, notice all the sensations of sinking down into the surface that's supporting you. |
| 1:33.3 | That's right. Each time you exhale, you can sink down and relax a little bit more. |

| 1:58.8 | I'm going to ask you to focus on one of your feet. |
| 2:07.3 | It can be the right foot or the left foot. |
