So what I'd like you to do first

is once again get nice and comfortable

and allow your eyes to close.

Now, take a nice deep breath in.

And as you exhale, notice all the sensations of sinking down into the surface that's supporting you.

That's right. Each time you exhale, you can sink down and relax a little bit more.

It can be the right foot or the left foot.
