So you've got the will, you've overcoming your procrastination, you're overcoming your

laziness, and you're like, Ty, I'm trying, but I'm pretty sure as I timed myself with today's

task, I asked around in the division in my department, and it took everybody else 20 minutes,

and it took me one hour. Ty, I'm coming to you, I need some help.

Both powerful words sometimes in life is, can you help me? Do not be proud. I don't value pride.

Odell Beckham, Jr. was at the house today, and it fell star,

placed with a giant surceiver. And I asked him, we're going to release the video hopefully,

but I'll tell you what he told me, we're walking down the stairs from my upstairs, and he said,

you know, he learned, he said procrastination used to be a huge problem. I said,

you, you're like one of the top athletes in the world, he said, yes, and I said, were you

able to overcome it? And he said, yes, it means it's a fixable problem. I did a survey on my Twitter,

the number one thing people say that is an issue for them? Very simple procrastination and laziness,

inefficiency, feeling like you could get more done. Everyone has 24 hours and some people kill it,

and a lot of people don't. So I want 2018 to be the year, if you work for me, you have bought in.

Do you understand me? If anybody does not buy in and they go, I have a different vision than 2018,

that is your right. I'm not going to be a jerk about it, but I'm also not going to be jerked around.

Okay, everybody here's getting paid. I'm paying you with money. Okay, I'm paying millions and millions of

dollars a payroll. Millions, many millions, and I want you to understand, for every, let's say I

spent a million too much last year on payroll, which I believe in the inefficiencies is an easy number.

One million in cryptocurrency Bitcoin, if I had invested it last year, put it this way, my buddy

just sent me a screenshot. 340,000 he invested February is now worth 20 million dollars. So that

means one million in the way he invested would have been worth 60 million. There's an opportunity cost.
