Now I want to say this is originally supposed to be for my employees,

but I thought I was shared with the world.

How to make 2018 your best year ever. I got bad news and good news.

I'm going to give the bad news first like the godfather says.

Bad news is that most people break their New Year's resolutions within about a week.

But a small percentage of people transform their lives.

And so if you work for me or you're just listening to this,

I'm going to direct it to the people who work for me because I spend millions of dollars

on employees and staff. And 2018 is going to be year worth of changes.

I look back at 2017. I'm like, there was good, there was bad in my life.

There's things I would do over. But new day, it's like the tide, like the ocean.

New day, new beginnings, new year, new beginnings.

So here's what I have to say. The bad news is,

without something pushing you, you're not likely to change. And that's just, you know,

people say, oh, that's pessimistic. I'm not an optimist. I'm not a pessimist. I'm a realist.

If I look back on my life, it takes a push. Something has to push you.
