After that awful story in the paper this morning of the 92-year-old who took her own life

because she just couldn't cope, it was just dreadful.

Poppy seller, give her to charity, everything.

Ninety-two, she deserved the right to have a nice ending to her life,

did she not? So that was this story that affected you today, and it made you all think about

the way that you give to charity. And the cold calling is absolutely dreadful. So I'm hoping

that we can probably stop or bring an end to it, but as it brings in so much money, she's the tip of the iceberg. Other people might have died as well. We don't know because she didn't get targeted just by the charities. Double glazing, solar panel, everything. What a 92-year-old's going to do with double glazing

and solar panels? I can't imagine. Anyway, Fred, who's a web developer, says, did Steve Allen show

on LBC just say, so chav? He says, I do miss getting up early. Yes, this was a Stephen Gerard story

that he's replaced somebody's grass with astroturf, really chav,

really, really chaff. And I've had three letters from China, says Valerie, informing me that

people with the same surname as myself have died in sad circumstances. One fell off a mountain,

another had a motor accident, another in a well-known plane crash, as they weren't able to trace

...
