I have found working within these programs to be entirely too difficult due to red tape,

and that many of my innovations have been stifled here.

It has become clear to me that I will no longer, and can no longer, apply my talents

to any agency that will not see fit to finance my

endeavor to build a space cannon. But in fact, we'll laugh in my face and when I propose the

idea that we should use a really cool gun to shoot stuff into outer space. There are times I think

This is about the death of Gerald Bull.

By assassination, by the way, it appears.

Gerald Bull, a Canadian-American scientist, was killed in 1990 in Brussels, Belgium.

Everybody assumes that he was killed over his work, which was kind of interesting.

And there's a list of possible suspects, some are better than others, but let's start at the beginning.
