happens. And I have been keeping you somewhat updated on my social media if you follow me over on

Instagram. And there has been a lot of things to process with my birth plan, with my second daughter. And basically, I wanted

to do this episode because I know, especially the Rise and Conquer community, we often have

very specific clear goals. We have very specific visions of who we want to be and how things, how we want

things to go. So really, this is for anyone who has had a plan or vision. And for whatever

reason, things have had to deviate and things have had to change. So whether you're
