is really not so appealing well hopefully by listening to run pod not only all you have us as you're

running companions but also you'll be inspired to get up off the sofa and make the

effort required to just put one foot in front of the other and go for that jog round the block

or that run down the road. Now this week, I have not one but two guests here in the studio. Between

us, there are three enthusiastic runners, but two of us can talk and have two

Yeah, he was really good.

Yeah, I spoke to loads of different people. It's really funny.

And he took up so much room in the train.
