Good morning, Dog Nation, and welcome to another special episode of Dog Nation Daily. I'm Kelly Mansone. As you can see, we have Jeff Sintel here in studio. We're going to talk lots of recruiting. But first, we have to start with the breaking news that we recently found out this morning. Here's what we know. Raw Raw Thomas was booked last night at 3.20 a.m. A variety of charges. No bail has been set. Not the news that we certainly wanted to

start off this morning with. Yeah, this is a kind of a disappointing thing, obviously. I know

there's criminal matter, there are charges, there allegations, there's a criminal justice system

that's kind of going to go through here, but just from purely

a football sense, and I don't mean to trivialize this, but making it just about football, but

not only is this a tough kind of PR hit for Georgia, but you look at the roster and you go,

well, Rara Thomas was kind of expected to contribute mightily this year.

It's just a sad situation.

It even makes me think, yeah, in this spot,

I'm supposed to say things like, well, Georgia's deep at receiver.

And maybe it means a guy like London Humphreys

and Colby Young move up, because Georgia can handle this.

But I don't want to say that because you're talking

about something very serious.

You're talking about lives of children being affected and with Rara and this is now the second

time he's been kind of brought up on these charges. He had the charges a year ago and those were

dismissed. So very somber way to start off things here on, I guess, before the hedges, before dark tonight.
