Oh, thank you. What an introduction. Absolutely. I mean, Andy Scott's, it doesn't get much better than being compared to me.

All I was saying is, thank God, this is a podcast and no one can actually see our actual physics.

Absolutely right, Absolutely right.

Well, it's been almost a year since you, last books, you've been retired a while now.

It's always a bit of an adjustment period from what we're led to believe and how have you found it?

Yeah I am I'm still enjoying not having that you know the stresses of of of boxing in that you know the

aches and pains of camp every day and the dieting and the the lack of a sleep and everything else that goes with it so I in between fights you have a

little break and then you go back into the gym and I've had a little break just

instead of it being three weeks or five weeks is stretching now to 12 months.

So yeah I'm still in that in that phase of enjoying post-propos, yeah, camp grades.

Yeah, I'm not surprised though, I'm not surprised at all.

It's funny when you do what me and Andy do and we're close to it, but we don't actually do it,

we don't actually have to get in there and box. I find it entertaining the kinds

of things that will certainly I can miss. I remember as in NotSpot I remember talking to

Darren Barker and Jamie more about retiring and they were chatting and I was just overhearing them and

Jamie just said I tell you one thing I don't miss I don't miss getting hit and I just started laughing because it
