On the last episode of The Sneak, we spoke to a confidential FBI informant who said he could connect Mario Rossi to the drug smuggling ring that had infiltrated NASCAR in the early 80s.

The one that resulted in a massive slew of arrests on Black Thursday.

The Rossi family had long wondered about it, but now we finally had someone directly connecting Mario Rossi to this smuggling ring.

However, the man who told it to us as you probably remember has a tendency to say some pretty wild stuff.

We wanted more proof. We'd already talked to the FBI case agent and the prosecutor on this case, and neither could connect Rossi to the smuggling ring.
