We have just dropped the Tim Ferris episode this week

who talks about his new book, The Four Hour Chef,

and yeah, the feedback has just been amazing

I've really enjoyed this show and it was definitely a highlights one of many

highlights of London reel and and we're going to have many more to come.

This week we have Jeff Thompson on the show who is a really interesting guy.

He started off as a bouncer in Coventry, which is a city in

England that I think had one of the highest crime rates per capita in all of

Europe and he evolved from a martial artist, a door man into almost kind of like a Zen type guy which kind of questioned the whole concept of violence in his life.

And then he went on to be a writer and he's actually won a Baffta Award for a short film

uh... he had another short film that starred Ray Winston on which is a very famous uh... English actor

and uh... he is a prolific writer of books and screenplays and he is a prolific writer of books and screenplays and he had an insight I did not

expect to come from this guy. He had dropped so many references to so many ancient texts and when you think of this guy

You see him as like a former bouncer martial artist, but honestly that was the last thing he was talking about

So a very inward-looking guy which had a lot of science to

drop on us and I really think it's a great episode so I hope you enjoy him. As usual, yes, we are eating Alpha Brain over here.
