There have been a lot of things that DPS has been chasing the last couple of days as they try to bring an end this reign of terror of whoever has been shooting at cars out on the freeway. Six years later, no one has been convicted in the case.

How did this whole series of events begin?

Well, you have to understand most of these 11 shootings, 10 of the 11, I believe,

took place on Interstate 10.

Interstate 10 is the main highway through downtown Phoenix. It takes you from Texas to California. So it's very well trafficked.

And, you know, it was a slowly building kind of story, you know, a shooting on Interstate 10.

That's alarming. Nobody was injured.

And then it just kind of slowly built over the course of the next few days.

There were maybe three or four shootings or projectiles.

And suddenly everybody was on alert to something happening on interstate 10.

We didn't know what it was.

We didn't know who was behind it.

But our state police, the Department of Public Safety, got on the case since the highway,
