You know, I don't want to sound arrogant, but I knew an opportunity would come if I just

continue to work hard and continue to believe.

And right before coach called me and said, hey, we want to give you the opportunity

to start, you got to go compete for it.

I was already saying I'm going to take some of his job somewhere.

And again, not in a cocky or arrogant way, but I just feel that I'm one of the better

quarterbacks in the NFL. I'm out to go out there and prove it.

It's been official, but yesterday was the first day he sat next to Pete Carroll and John Spy Tech, coach and GM, respectively of the Raiders and talk to the media.
