I tell people I live two miles from the nearest bagel.

I miss New York, obviously.

It's been a long time since I've been there.

I left New York, we left New York on February 19th.

I went to Africa on March the first, right in the middle of the pandemic.

Our trip was cut short.

We got back here on March the 20th, and I've been here ever since.

So my landlord called me the other day, asked me for permission to go in the apartment

to drop off all the mail that's been accumulating in the mail room.

So I've got to get back at some point.

I don't know when it's going to be, though.

It's just so hard to travel to New York from Seattle.

If you need a gal to go without salary and work too hard,

you can always count on me.

The kind of a pal who'd sneak you a file past the prison guard loyal to the end degree.
