Thank you for joining me for our next session of jims of reflection from the book of Al-Hikim by Ibn Atah al-Azkandri.

Today we have a beautiful reflection, a beautiful Hikim from Ibnata to share.

But before I read it, I want us to understand that our goal is to keep

moving forward towards God despite where you are spiritually. Despite your sins, despite your

struggle, our goal is for every day to be better spiritually than the previous day. And what Shaitan loves more than anything is for us to lose hope.

How does he do that?

He often makes us focus on the sins that we have committed.

Now none of us want to commit sins.

But what Shaitan does with a sin is he causes it to be a means for us to lose hope in God.

And when you lose hope, you won't move forward anymore.

Ibn Atta'u'Lascandali, you know what he says?

This is so beautiful.
