I'm not going to lie. I feel terribly deflated right now I'm in bed this is no joke I'm

actually laying in my bed I'm frozen I'm actually laying in my bed, I'm frozen, I'm shook, and I've taken to my bed because I feel

worried, you know I do feel very unsettled and if any of you are feeling that way at the minute I just want to give you a big podcast hug

We are in unsettling times we are being pretty much overloaded with information. I've never watched the news as much.

I was up till half free last night watching the news and I just feel out of salts and I just want to say I'm sending you all a very very big

hug and a kiss right now but as you know I'm always here to do my podcast so it is

quite nice recording the podcast in bed today I have had a wash I have got makeup on

and my hair is done because I've been filming

but I just want to say get in bed get a nice cup of tea even get the hot water bottle out

unless just have a real chill podcast so last week I was so excited and I did say that

I'd be going up to Liverpool and checking out the tunnels but life got in the way I haven't been able to go to Liverpool which you know what

one it would have been irresponsible for me to go to two I do have to listen to

Boris's government guidelines and three you know we have to

take this serious so I'm sure a lot of you have had to do and take some massive changes in your everyday life, you know,

cancelling plans, delaying plans. I know my family booked a holiday, they've had to

cancel that. I did say to my brother,

fancy booking a holiday with this happening, but as he said at the time of booking the holiday,
