My friend, are you starting to get a bit reflective now that we're coming towards the end of the year?

0:18.7

I love this time of year because I do a summary of my year. I think about what

0:26.7

the highlights were, what I did well that I'm happy with, what maybe I would like this to be

0:31.4

1:36.4

with these friends, eating these meals, going here, sticking there. I mean, our brains will have us

1:42.9

do this because, hey, we mitigate risk by

1:45.9

familiarity, right? Well, I say wrong. Only those of us who risk are free. And I have a couple

1:55.7

of thoughts I wanted to share with you around change if you're looking to make a change in the new year

2:02.1

or even now, why wait if you know something's going to be really good and fun for you?

2:07.0

And perhaps this can help ease the shifts that you'd like to invite in.

2:12.5

The first is this.
