Intermittent Fasting Basics:  https://www.messenger.com/t/drericberg

Dr. Berg talks if you can do Keto & Intermittent Fasting if you've had gastric bypass surgery. And the answer is YES! You do have to follow a few steps to do it successfully and here are the steps:

1.) Acidify the stomach - Best way would be to have some apple cider vinegar or take some apple cider vinegar pills

2.) Purified Bile Salts - This supports your gallbladder. Gastric bypass surgery alters the ability to release bile. Purified bath salts after a meal will help absorb the food you are already eating.

3.) Minerals - Liquid plant-based trace minerals are 15,000 times smaller and they absorb way better.

If you combine all these steps with Keto and Intermittent Fasting, then you will be happy with the results.

to absorb minerals, among other functions like killing off microbes and things like that.

1:16.0

So maybe you won't have the full function of breaking down protein and observing minerals.

1:22.0

So those are two little factors we're going to come back to.
