There's a lot of attention on gas prices these days and how they are actually dropping.

Some 50 cents over the last 30 days. The average gallon of gasoline

in the United States has come down. And everybody's trying to figure out exactly how this has

happened because the prices were skyrocketing. We were all feeling it. We were all looking

around at it. Biden's been on a Saudi trip. He's released some oil from the strategic reserves.

He's made some phone calls. He's tried to encourage people to do something. He's released some oil from the strategic reserves. He's made some phone calls.

He's demanded that the oil corporations in America just flat lower the prices for people.

And I don't really know the answer.

And as we look around and hear the experts talk about it,

the question is, who gets the credit? Well,

if we're all blaming Biden to begin with that they were going so high, I guess we can credit

the administration the last month for getting gas down 50 cents a gallon. That's a real drop.

That's a really nice drop. It's still not where it needs to be, and people still see gas prices

as too high.

I'm wondering if you're noticing what I've noticed. I'm not an economist. I'm not, I can't

give you the answer as to why gas prices are going up or going down. This is the summer vacation

season, and we have consumption of gasoline in this country, very predictable.

We tend to know when people are going to use more gas than not.

And this is the time of year. It usually goes way up. People take driving vacations.
