Hospital's spinal unit.

It's an invaluable escape for patients. Suddenly you've got a bit

of control because you can either ask a friend, you can make them a cup of tea when they come to

see or you can be growing your own lettuce or you can have lovely sensation of eating a strawberry,

something which is a bit of a big contrast to an NHS meal. It's called Horatio's Garden, named after her late son, and it really is the definition of a garden with a good conscience.

And that's what we're exploring in today's show, how gardening and growing can be a force for good, whether that be by helping

patients improve their well-being, tackling prejudices or supporting the ecosystems in our green
