distracted. Yeah absolutely and I think at the you know very beginning of this

is just thinking of the garden as like your sanctuary and your safe haven and

your space away from all the you know distractions or madness or just

challenges that you might find yourself in throughout life and so I've got kind

of three things that I would recommend to individuals and the first one is just

like giving yourself permission to have however much time it's going to be

whether it's 10 minutes 30 minutes an hour to not really need to get to

anything else. You don't need to be checking your phone you don't need to be

solving a problem. This is your opportunity to be in your sanctuary and

recharging your batteries and and just by doing that first piece it starts to

feel like a little bit of a vacation again you're stepping away and you're

moving into that attention restoration side of things.
