I didn't get to take a beach trip like all you folks did I've've been busy. I'd love to be able to go to the beach. But reality of it is it's now football season.

Lots to talk about for sure and many of you are making your plans to tailgate. You're kind of getting things figured out and thinking, okay, well, who are we going to invite and how much food are we going to bring? And do we have enough sunscreen? Do we have enough cold beer? You're getting

all that figured out. The time for the honey-do list is over, Mom. So the reality of it is,

is that we're focused our energy now on what's coming up. I'd say real quickly,

too, if you're thinking about MSU-related events, let me just give you a quick little thing

here, too. So if you're not traveling to Kentucky, I am, but if you're not, there's going to be

an event at Davis-Wade Stadium, a game party type deal.

They call it a tailgate.

It's not.

It's going to be in the stadium club.

It's for Palmer Home.

If you're familiar with that, you'll know what I'm talking about.

But the reality of it is the fourth annual Mississippi State tailgate for Palmer

Home is going to take place the same day as the Kentucky game.

It's going to be time to be announced because you're going to watch a game there.
