What's up everybody, welcome to IGN Gamescoop. I'm your host, Damon Hatfield. I'm joined

today by Jose Otero, Sam Claiborne, and Nintendo just aired its latest Nintendo Direct.

I lost to talk about here. Lots of exciting announcements. I was excited about several

of the things announced. What we're going to do is go through all the announcements

that Nintendo made today, and then we'll regroup and get an overall feeling of how you thought

the presentation went today, Jose. Why don't we start with Smash Brothers, the new

Smash Brothers, probably the most anticipated. Oh definitely, yeah, I'm wonderizing.

New announcements today, new character, Little Mac, from Punch Out. You think they're

going to actually say it's from Mike Tyson's Punch Out? I don't think they will say it.

I guess Punch Out predates. Yeah, there's more of those. They're going to be able to get

out of that. Do you think it'll be this model, the one that was on the Wii game?

He's a little different. He definitely follows the same style of the Wii game. He's a little

more associated, but it looks really cool because they joke when he first shows up in the trailer

right that he's shorter than Samus, and so then he winds up in uppercut and just bulls

out of the field. It looked really fantastic. I wasn't taking this long to get a little

Mac in a Smash Brothers. He's been an assist trophy, I think. You've seen him as a collectible

trophy even, but now play on the wireframe that he was. That would be a cool alternate outfit

to see him float. But then was he Little Mac then? I don't know, maybe that's just like you,

the boxer, right? I thought that I always thought that was the idea. Like at arm wrestling,

that weird detentive spinoff. Yeah, now he has some really cool looking moves.

I'll say that. Yeah, I think I can't wait to talk to Tim Gettys later. We'll probably do a

rewind theater because Tim is absolutely obsessed with Smash. He loves it, and you know,
