Now that is how you finish a hockey game. Literally brawling at the final whistle as the

Caps finally snapped their seven-game losing streak. Alan, they played the right way. Forget the

win. They played Caps hockey. I thought they played fast defensively. They played physical.

That's Caps hockey. You know, playing great on defense physically outmatching the other team. And I thought everyone was in on this one. There were no passengers tonight, and that's exactly what they needed. And if you want to call that Caps Hockey, that was Caps Hockey, and that's how it needs to be played from here on out. Ryan, Billy, the best player on the ice on a night when Alex Ovechkin didn't play

because of his suspension, and Lars Eller left early in the second period. The best player on

the ice was Evgeny Kuznetzoff, and he had an absolute howitzer for the game-winning goal.

How awesome was that shot? Very awesome is the answer.

Insanely appropriate.

He had about 3,000 chances in that game,

and he was doing everything right

to be rewarded with the game winner

on an absolute snipe.

It was awesome.

Yeah, great stuff as the Caps

get a much-needed win to start
