| 1:23.4 | And so for me, mindfulness is slowing down enough to be able to answer the questions of what is the purpose of the actions that you're about to take so that you know that it's actually supporting your goals. |
| 1:37.3 | What is the purpose of the actions you are about to take? That is really powerful because so many of us are on autopilot, aren't we, Amber? |
| 1:46.6 | And, you know, we just keep moving forward or we keep moving anyway, whether it's forward or not. |
