Not everybody in the world, just you, listeners, just you. Isn't that so crazy that you're just this thing that's happening that's like the most kind of

personal thing that could possibly be going on inside your body is like how do

why how am I going to address this to a bunch of people who don't know me who I don't know me who I don't know personally? I know I know.

Yeah. You know it's been it's been wonderful. I was pregnant last year and had a

miscarriage like at eight weeks and I personally didn't feel ready and I was

getting on board right at that moment.

And when that happened I was like, how do women go through this on their own for so long?

Like people wait and I understand that like because you have a sort of

fear that you have to also drop bad news after you drop the good news that could possibly still

happen for a lot of people and but when I was sharing

it with my inner circle of women that I was having that miscares are like yeah when I had mine

yeah when I had my two and I was like what's happening why don't we talk about this? I know there's a lot of stuff like that in

women's health and I'm sure it's true in men's health as well yeah that's what

happened to me when I had like a fibroid that I had to get removed from my uterus.

That was a thing that felt so weird and scary and then as soon as I had it and was like talking about getting the surgery somehow like all of these
