0:17.8	creative capacity. You will be led to become unapologetic about your desires,
0:25.0	to get clear about your desired outcome and creative with your visions.
0:31.3	Allow me to guide you into a state of bliss and let your creative mind take over.
0:37.0	Gently shut your eyes and take a deep breath in your nose and out your mouth.
0:52.0	Sit up straight in your seat with your feet
0:55.0	with your feet planted firmly on the ground
0:58.0	and your palms facing upward.
1:07.0	Continue breathing in your nose and out your mouth. Deepening your breath with every inhale and on the exhale release. breathing deeply in your nose an image of a little ball of golden light.
1:37.0	See this light showering from the top of your head, down through your toes,
1:52.0	releasing you, cleansing you,
1:55.0	clearing you of all of the blocks to your creative capacity.
2:08.2	With every inhale, allow this light to wash over you,
2:11.4	clearing your mind, clearing your body, clearing your energy.
2:15.0	On the exhale, release.
2:20.0	Breathing in this light and allowing it to shower your body and your mind,
2:27.8	releasing you of all toxic feelings and toxic thoughts,
2:37.3	seeing that toxic thoughts. Seeing that toxic energy release through your toes out into the earth asking that Mother Earth transmute and recycle this energy.
2:46.8	Calling on that loving presence within you,
2:52.1	breathing into that state of peace, and on the exhale release,
