But with nutrition I think once you find something which you fascinate it about and which I truly

believe can change people's lives. I guess I guess I am and I really really love what I do.

I kind of do what I preach. I don't feel like we need to be restrictive. So yes I like to live my

life. I like to you know have fun. I like to eat non-healthy foods once in a while but I'm very

much recognised. It's all about a very healthy balance you know with your health and well-being.
