let's start quickly, as ever, with the rundown of the day's news on the shutdown. First, House Speaker

John Boehner is denying Democratic claims that there are enough Republican votes in the House to pass a clean budget continuing resolution. President Obama today called out Banner

during an appearance at FEMA saying there are enough votes. If Republicans and Speaker Banner

are saying there are not enough votes, then they should prove it. Let the bill go to the floor

and let's see what happens. Just vote. Let every member of Congress vote their conscience, and they can determine whether or not they
