Look, I don't get nervous every time we record a pod.

But sometimes, international break, you don't know if you're at your best. You don't know if there's enough to talk about. And I, I was a little nervous going into this pod. Would I be at my best? Would I be able to say the things I wanted to say? But I just have to thank the Apple Corporation for making my MacBook because they've really put this podcast on a plate for me. I think, unfortunately, we're going to be talking about injuries on this podcast. Now,
