Then you're asleep. That's most people. And you will repeat your patterns.

Most people. Most people are living. More and more people are waking up right now, there's a lot of awakening happening, but I would say the majority are living in a place where they're just living trigger to trigger and

anesthetizing through the drug, the food, the alcohol, the whatever it is to just push it down, push it down, push it down, push it down, push it down.

I believe that each and every one of us has the power within ourselves to create the life

that we really want and I want to help give you the tools to make that happen.
