I'll tell you a couple things.

One, I had a very encouraging conversation.

I'll scrub out a lot of the details of it, but had a very encouraging conversation with

someone, because I led this Sunday by saying, I preached this message three years ago.

And I really wrestled with, do I approach this text in a different way?

And we'll talk about a different way I could have.

But I decided not to, just because I looked at our attendance numbers and say,

man, we've just grown a lot since then.

And I had to get over that desire to be novel.

You know, there's an insecurity sometimes a preacher.

I've said this a lot.

And you realize, like, this is a different, no, it's okay.

Get over the fact that you're going to know some clientele has heard this a different no it's okay it's okay get over the fact that you

know you're going to know some clientele has heard this before if this is helpful information

do it you know some people always only say the old thing and you go hey man you should get in the

lab and like study some new passages and have that fear of having to work on new stuff some

people like me you go like I feel like I'm sick of saying. No, but it's okay to repeat yourself if it's a different audience and it's helpful information.

Anyway, so I had someone come up to me in the lobby afterwards and hold up their notes, say,

this is from when you preach this three years ago.

I was like, okay. And I thought that was going to be the thing. I was one of the people that were there. But then they told the story of like

where they were three years ago and where they are today and their life. And it was just like,
