My name is Jeff Luck, and I'm along with my coworker, Jordan Bianchi.

We are writers for the athletic, and we wish you a very happy Thanksgiving week, as that

is finally upon us.

It feels like an eternity for Thanksgiving to arrive this year because usually,

you know, at least in the past, the NASCAR season is often ended and, you know, it's like it ends

that Sunday, Monday, you know, we'd fly home from homestead or something. And then that Thursday's

Thanksgiving this year, it ended a couple weeks before and it's just been like, wait, when's

Thanksgiving?

Is Thanksgiving ever going to happen?

Finally, Thanksgiving week is upon us, Jordan.

So I'm sure as a lover of holidays, you're probably happy about that.

Thanksgiving is the one holiday I actually don't mind.

There's no pressure.

You don't have to worry about gifts and all that mumbo-jumbo.

It's a real straightforward holiday. The turkey is completely overrated. So other than that, I like the holiday.

Okay.

Well, Thanksgiving, my favorite meal of the year.

So I'm very excited about it, even though not traveling this year for the big meal.

But fortunately, my parents live here in Colorado, so we're just going to do it get together with them and we'll
