Christian. Welcome friends to the Christian O'Connell Show podcast. So the big news I waking up to

today is that sadly, Olivia Newton-John has passed away. And on this show, Patsy has a very deep

connection, actually, with Olivia. I do, actually. Obviously, grew up with her. I just can't believe this news today.

She's been such a beacon of hope for all cancer survivors like me.

Sorry, I'm really upset.

She, to me, I was, as you know, diagnosed with cancer seven years ago and I'm fine now.

But she, right through my battle was

such an inspiration and she was so positive and I love that she wasn't afraid to try

alternative therapy. She was outside, she thought outside the square and she leaves such

an enormous legacy, doesn't she? She's got her cancer wellness centre here

in Melbourne helped raise $17 million for that for sufferers like me. I've got a girlfriend who

has lymphone at the moment and is a patient there. And this hospital is just, it's absolutely

remarkable. It's not a sterile,

white, cold facility. This place is so, it offers so much hope for survivors and different sort of

therapies. And I tell you what is the future of cancer treatment. And we have lost so much with her gone today.

But what she has contributed and her legacy will just be everlasting.

She was just an amazing woman.

I am incredibly upset.

And I do apologize at 5.30 as the news was breaking.
