Hi, it's Tamara Griffin. Welcome back to full-time review. This is your quick refresher of this weekend's NWSL action as well as international women's football action

from around the world. NWSL playoffs are upon us and the top four seats made it to the

semifinals as so many of you predicted. Now heading into these games, there was some concern about the Alarando

Pride's ability to maintain the stellar season that they'd had because things got a

little shaky toward the end of the season. But I think with this 4-1 victory over the

Chicago Red Stars at home, they've silenced a lot of that critique. Barbara Banda, who had been on a bit of a scoring drought post-Olympics, said, you know, I can score once and it's going to be so nice. I'm going to do it twice. She had a brace. Marta had an icy penalty kick that the two of them revealed post-game. They weren't really sure who was going to take it because they wanted to get Barbara Banda the hat trick, but Marta's first playoff goal is huge. Let's listen to Barbara Banda about what this

win means for the Orlando Pride now heading into the semifinals. I had a chance and I missed it, but I

didn't look back. I knew that I have to focus myself and I have to get a goal for the team to win.

And at the end of the day, we have to celebrate.

So I just put myself together and my teammate had to encourage me to keep calm and cool so

that we can get some goals.

Honestly, like, the coach is always telling us, champions always win in the dressing room.

So the morale with this team was so high even before

the game we set the tone high because we wanted to win this game and it was it was so important

for us to win and we are looking forward for the next game moving on to the next quarterfinal

of the weekend the k Kansas City current faced off against

the North Carolina courage and beat them one-nil. So a little bit more of a narrow victory than

the Friday game. Temwa Chuinga, of course, was the one who got on the board for Kansas City,

who scored pretty early and were able to maintain a lead despite North Carolina

courage. You know they're always going to keep possession, but they were not able to answer for it.

Now, one thing that we did notice about this game was it was pretty feisty. There were a bunch of

crunching tackles, and current head coach, Black Kwananovsky, had some pretty straightforward things to say about
