So over the weekend, I sat in amazement and I was touched and inspired as well.

And Kristen, I'm throwing this to you for this reason.

And I said this before about your husband.

The most meticulous, slow moving, intentional, perfectionist I have ever seen in my life.

He is everything I am not.

You guys could be more polar up.

Could it be?

But I admire his technique and his willingness to do everything and the time it takes to execute the smallest

details and the biggest projects as well.

As I struggle now and these doctors are all telling me I need to learn how to chill out,

man, you're wound way too tight.

But I don't really process consciously stress that they've told me that I got to find hobbies.

I got to figure out ways to slow it down.

I got to do saunas.

I need to chill my body out.

So as I'm watching Bart this weekend, it's literally driving me crazy how slowly he is doing things. But everything he approached ended up perfectly.

So he's, he is an extremely methodical, intentional person. Um, and I say all that as a compliment

because he doesn't rush through things because when you rush through things you make mistakes

and that's how things get screwed up so if you just instead of having to do things two or three

times or causing yourself more issues down the road if you just take a beat and you take a breath

and you you focus on the on the task at hand and you do it slow and intentionally
