I purchased a rebuilt car from a dealership with an odd smell.

It was full or five gallons worth of mice nest.

The car was detailed three times once by the dealership before the problem was handled.

Then they made me feel guilty for asking them to pay for the detail that I had someone else do that uncovered the problem.

They also soaked something under the driver's seat in essential oils to cover up the smell, Casey.

So she obviously wants to write a Karen letter to the dealership complaining about the mice infestation

and that the fact that they're making her pay to fix it.
