The birch show. So, a few weeks ago, I'm at the Taco Mac somewhere by my hat. I don't

know. Swannie, Alpharetta, coming. I'm not sure where John's cre- I'm not sure.

It was hilarious because you told Tommy, which Taco Mac you're at, and then he hit his

bike. He goes, there's no server there by the name of Taram, man. It's not my fault.

It's the way that George is. It's just all right there, right?

So, we gave him a different location. I'm like sure enough, she was there. We found her.

So, I'm at Taco Mac. Tiffany and I were there. Tara here is a bartender or a manager

there. We start for whatever reason. I think we were talking about the state of the hospitality

industry and how people just don't quite get what's going on on a couple of different

levels right now.

Well, yeah, you will notice, and therefore, a while there was signs at the host or host

of stands saying, listen, we are understaffed. Please be patient. Please be kind because I

think the restaurant industry as a whole is experiencing understaff across the board.

Yeah, there are a couple of things that we were talking about that come into play also.
