BS. The birch show zero self control last night zero and I have myself.

I'd call it a hangover, but it's not alcohol related. It's sugar related. Here we have Halloween

right around the corner, right? So yesterday I had the assignment of just going over to publics

and picking up some Halloween candy for the show because we're doing a TikTok type deal.

So I go and I get the fun bags that have, you know, the little little bitty kick cats in there.

The fun size. Got some little little bitty roll those in there. Got some little bit twigs in

there. A personal favorite. Heath don't sleep on a heath. I've been telling you for a decade. Do

not sleep on a heath, right? So in the truck on the way home and I'm like, you know, I was going

to break one of these things out and have a snickers. Just one. Just one. And I'm so good about not

taking sugar and real heaven doing a lot of reading about sugar and how bad it is for you. So I've been

so good about it. I reach into that bag and I get one snickers. And once I eat that snickers.

Mm-hmm. I heard the rollo from the bag going me too. I reach back into that bag. That's only

a five minute drive from publics to my house. So I'm like, all right. Well, I'm sensitive that way.

I will eat you rollo. So I had the rollo. As soon as I put that rollo in my mouth, twigs is like,

what about me and my needs? Well, you're also doing research because you have to test taste all

the candies before you rank them. Right. We're going to taste different. Did you? Yeah.

You just you will you forget? You forgot. You got to get a reacquaint. Okay.

Man, before I knew it, man, I mean, it's only a five minute drive. I was like a crack at it, man.

Reaching into that bag, tearing those little things open with my mouth and just one after the
