I asked Kristen and Cassie because this was a bit of a confusing situation on Friday where she says let's go on a break.

He goes on a complete break where he doesn't reach out to her at all and she's upset that

she she doesn't like the way he's handling the breakup because she wanted a break

what she wanted but she wanted him to check in and at least see how she's doing.

So I ask Kristen and Cassie to do the impossible.

Can you put together a couple of scenarios that always get guys and women screwed up where

we think we are doing what you want you know basically because that's what you

asked and we're messing it up anyway so what are you saying and what do you mean and

Abby to establish because you weren't here on Friday my

sentiment is because women have been conditioned for centuries

to not be a burden and you know we we downplay what we need

because we don't want to be like I said we don't want to be a burden anybody

we never really truly ask for what we want or

what we need so we kind we downplay things and we we dismiss our needs so

we're getting better, but so man can understand. We don't do this to

drive you crazy and to play a game. I really do think like subconsciously

we've just been conditioned for so long

and not to ask for what we really want because we will be perceived as you know a bitch or high

maintenance yes exactly so we're trying to change that but in the meantime
