He is third generation military.

My dad was Navy.

I was in Marine Corps, and my son is now in the Air Force.

But he has gone beyond both me and my father and gone from being enlisted to becoming an officer in the airport. So I just want to give

him a shout out and so I'm so very proud of him. I am a proud friend of a 23-year Navy veteran,

Christopher Jonathan Shortridge, and he has been working hard in Huntington, Indiana,

to create a memorial mile as a tourist attraction in our community. He's been raising money
