pretending not to be speaking to you guys, because otherwise it looks kind of odd.

If you were in a restaurant or a cafe and you saw someone doing a speech like this, you would think they're insane.

Alright, so here's what you can help me with if you feel so obliged.

Tomorrow's show for me will be Friday and we start in this feature last couple of weeks called Anonymous,

where the idea is people text in

and confess something. And then we print off the confessions. And I shred them in the

office shredder. The idea that you're literally absorbing yourself, you're cleansing yourself,

you're shredding your sins. And people text in and they just write Anonymous at the end or

and on, if you want to take part on this and confess something from your past,

when you're a kid, teenager, last week, a year ago,

it doesn't matter how light, dark it is,

we promise not to judge, just to shred your sins.
