0:42.1	it was a hangover. I didn't sleep very well. I kept looking at the phone. I looked at scenes.
0:47.4	Sadly, that you do see too much coming from America. It didn't feel like it was here in Sydney
0:52.2	or certainly not here in Australia. It was like a hangover. Did that awful thing really happened last night? And so I hope that today's show is a place of hope and support. I probably like a lot of us, spent too much time doom scrolling. You keep looking at the update, keep wanting to look at more and more footage. And I don't think after a while it helps. And so today on the show, I really want this show to be a place to have support and hope.
1:15.3	And actually where we can talk about it, because I don't think staring at our phones is what's needed in the world right now and in Sydney this morning.
